Mark Krempel
Mark Krempel has been a resident in the Las Vegas since 1978. he is a UNLV graduate with a BS in Business Management. Trachale Cade has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 1999 after moving from Chicago, Illinois where she was born and raised. She joined Prudential in 2001 and worked for Nancy Storey as office manager, she soon after acquired her Real Estate license. She has first hand experience with Section 8 housing and in the past two years has focused on various home buyer education and down payment assistance programs working hand and hand with HUD approved lenders. Other areas of expertise include Bank Owned properties, and asset management. She is also a certified Destination service Specialist through Prudential’s Relocation Division.

Harry Richard
Harry Richard has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 1968 after being transferred with the U.S. Air Force. Prior to a career in Real Estate he developed and managed Hotel/Casino properties in Las Vegas and a Variety of Countries world wide. Harry joined the Prudential Family in 1998 specializing in Corporate Development. In the past year he has focused on Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Homebuyer Assistance Programs. His current client list includes successful purchases of properties in the Housing for Nevada/Housing our Communities, Homes Program and NSP/HAP programs.

Nancy Storey
Nancy Storey has been selling Real Estate in Las Vegas for 30 years. She has unique knowledge and relationships that only years of service can offer. Nancy is an expert in REO, foreclosures, short sale properties, resort, vacation, second homes and high-rise properties. She has facilitated several relocation moves for major companies.
Nancy’s present focus is marketing luxury foreclosures and REO properties. One of her specialties is the Lake Las Vegas area and Henderson Nevada. When Nancy is not involved in her real estate career, she acts as a Court Appointed Advocate for Abused and Neglected Children for the Clark County Juvenile Court System, where she received the Outstanding Service Award. Nancy has held the honor of Distinguished Women of Southern Nevada for three years. Her proudest accomplishment is running and completing a marathon.

Sandy Beard has been a residence of Las Vegas since 1960 with over 20 years of Real Estate experience, experienced in all phases of real estate industry including residential, commercial, property management and investment properties. After service as Executive Administrator Assistant for our founder D. Mark n Miscevic, she also worked as the primary REALTOR for Diero & Associates for over 10 years, a locally owned and operated premier auction company.
