Nancy Storey
Nancy Storey has been an essential part of Americana Group, REALTORS since the 1980's. Her area of expertise and focus has been corporate relocation, group moves, listing and marketing of corporate owned properties as well as managing REO and third party relocation accounts.
Nancy also works with various non-profit organizations. In addition, she promotes and supports all local Down Payment Assistance programs. She and her team members are certified as Buyers agents with several DPA Providers. She has been selected for the listing agent for Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc, for disposition of NSP properties. In the past year Nancy has submitted and successfully been selected to provide four individual RFP's including Henderson.
Corporate clients have included REO/Assset Management for California Federal Savings, Freddie Mac when outsources by Cendant, National Airlines, USAA, U.S. Government Entities, Relocation Resources International, Paragon and Executive Relocation. Current clients include Ford Motor Relocation, Weichert Relocation, Primacy Relocation, Prudential Financial, JP Morgan, SIRVA Relocation, Bank of the West REO's and Springleaf Financial Services REO's.
Nancy, together with her specialized team of REALTORS, a fully staffed back office, full time transaction coordinator and a field team have a systematic business within a business approach. She is her own Woman owned business within Prudential Americana Group, providing full services to both buyers and sellers.
