Tanya Nilson
Tanya has lived in the Las Vegas area since 1998 after moving from Southern California. She began her real estate career in 2006. Prior to her career in real estate, Tanya began working towards her BSBA in Real Estate Finance and Economics at UNLV. Tanya specializes in Residential Real Estate. In addition she has worked in Boulder City and is highly familiar with that specific market. Along with her experience with REO's and short sales, she also has extensive knowledge of Trustee Sales and online home auctions. She has spent much of her career working with investors "flipping" properties.
