HOME FUNDS
This program is for 80% Area Median Income earners only, which means for a family of 4, the maximum income is $52,300. These funds are currently available in: North Las Vegas, Henderson, and coming soon to Unincorporated Clark County (Sahara south).
North Las Vegas:
You must contribute 1.75% of your own funds to the transaction and have monies in reserve as well. You can receive up to $20,000 to be used for down payment and closing costs.
City of Henderson:
You must contribute $1,500 of your own funds and have monies in reserve as well. You can receive an amount equal to 6% of the sales price or up to $10,000 to be used for down payment assistance and closing costs. You must be a resident of or employed in the City of Henderson for at least 1 year.
Clark County:
You must contribute $1,500 of your own funds and have monies in reserve as well. You can receive up to $14,999 to be used for down payment assistance and closing costs.
WISH FUNDS
This program is for 80% Area Median Income clients, and can be used anywhere in Southern Nevada. WISH will match your investment in the transaction 3x what you bring, e.g. if you invest $3,000, WISH will give $9,000, for a total of $12,000 to be used for down payment and closing costs.
